The STP3050 series is a high input voltage, high-precision, high ripple suppression ratio, low noise, low voltage differential linear regulator manufactured using CMOS technology, with built-in reference circuits, current limiting protection circuits, temperature protection circuits, and low internal resistance high-voltage MOSFETs.
The STP3050 series has an input voltage of up to 36V and an output current of up to 500mA. The VSET pin is used to set a 3.3V or 5V voltage output, and the output can be turned off by controlling the EN pin on the chip. After turning off, the power consumption is only below 2uA.
