The STP3015 series is a high input voltage, high-precision, high ripple suppression ratio, low noise, low voltage differential linear regulator manufactured using CMOS technology, with built-in reference circuits, current limiting protection circuits, temperature protection circuits, and low internal resistance high-voltage MOSFETs.
The input voltage of the STP3015 series can reach up to 36V, and the output current can reach up to 150mA. The 3.3V voltage output or 5V voltage output can be set through the VSET pin, and the output can be turned off by controlling the EN pin on the chip. After turning off, the power consumption is only below 2uA.
